Meet the seeded sourdough pavé loaf – so called because it resembles a paving cobblestone (ask your great grandparents). Fortunately it tastes nothing like a cobblestone – unless those happen to be as delicious as our sensational pavé loaves. Which is doubtful. With a well-balanced sourness and topped with loads of poppy and sesame seeds, this pave is great for dipping oils or a complement to any meal!
