Burrata, Fig, & Prosciutto Crostini




  • 1 Grace® Baking Pugliese, sliced ¼-inch thick and toasted
  • 1–2 cups mixed greens
  • 4 oz. sliced prosciutto
  • 1 (8 oz.) ball Burrata, sliced
  • 3 fresh figs
  • Honey Balsamic glaze


  1. Layer mixed greens on each toasted bread slice. Top with a slice of prosciutto, bending and folding slightly so it doesn’t lay too flat.
  2. Layer on 1 slice of Burrata and several fig slices. Drizzle with honey and balsamic glaze.
