Burrata, Fig, & Prosciutto Crostini
- 1 Grace® Baking Pugliese, sliced ¼-inch thick and toasted
- 1–2 cups mixed greens
- 4 oz. sliced prosciutto
- 1 (8 oz.) ball Burrata, sliced
- 3 fresh figs
- Honey Balsamic glaze
- Layer mixed greens on each toasted bread slice. Top with a slice of prosciutto, bending and folding slightly so it doesn’t lay too flat.
- Layer on 1 slice of Burrata and several fig slices. Drizzle with honey and balsamic glaze.
