- 12 slices Grace® Baking Organic Multigrain with Sprouted Grains
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- ½ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. pepper
- 4 cups rotisserie chicken, diced
- ½ cup celery, diced
- ¼ cup red onion, diced
- 1 apple, diced
- 1 cup grapes, halved
- Romaine lettuce
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, mayo, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix until smooth. Fold in the chicken, celery, red onion, apple and grapes, and gently combine.
- Layer lettuce leaves on six slices of bread. Top each with chicken salad and cap with remaining bread slices.
