- 6 slices Grace® Baking Organic Multigrain with Ancient Grains
- ½ cup crab meat, cooked
- 2 tbsp. Sriracha
- 1 tbsp. cumin
- ½ tsp. oregano
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 2 leaves lettuce
- In a medium bowl, combine crab meat, Sriracha, cumin, and oregano.
- Toast each slice of bread. On two slices of toast, layer on cucumber and tomato slices and top with another slice of toast. Place a lettuce leaf on top of each and add the crab mixture. Add the last slices of toast to the top and secure with a toothpick
